Why FFITT Athlete Exists

FFITT Athlete was built to give athletes a clearer path through injury and back to performance.

Too often, rehab stops at feeling better, but not at being ready to play.

Our goal is to help you recover fully, rebuild your capacity, and stay available for the game.

About Your Physical Therapist

I’m Efosa Guobadia, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the founder of FFITT Athlete.

My work centers on helping athletes recover from injury, move well, and perform at a high level over time. Through years of clinical practice and working with athletes, I’ve seen that the biggest gap is not just treating injury, but guiding athletes all the way back to the demands of their sport.

As a former lacrosse player, I understand what it means to want to be on the field, to compete, and to trust your body in those moments. In high school, I was an Honorable Mention All-American goalie and an All-County player in Nassau County. I went on to play at UMass Amherst, where I was part of the 2006 National Finalist team.

Over time, I’ve also played and coached across positions and levels, shaping how I understand the game and its demands.

That perspective shapes how I approach each collaboration.

FFITT Athlete brings together physical therapy and sport-specific training so athletes can recover fully, return to play with confidence, and continue to grow in their performance.
